  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, vanilla and butter until well combined.
  3. Add the whole package of Pancake & Waffle Mix and stir until well combined. Fold in the White Chocolate Chips.
  4. Transfer the dough to the lined pan and bake for 35-40 mins, until golden.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
