Keto Chocolate Chip Muffins

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 240g Sour Cream
  • 2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tsp orange extract, optional
  • 4 Tbsp Erythritol
  • 230g Almond flour
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp baking soda
  • 80g Milk Chocolate Chips




    1. Preheat oven to 160 C. Prepare 12 silicone muffin cups.
    2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, vanilla, orange extract and erythritol.
    3. Mix in the almond flour, salt and baking soda. whisking until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
    4. Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
    5. Pour the batter into the silicone muffin cups,
    6. Bake For 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a muffin comes out clean and muffins are golden.
    7. Cool on a wire rack, then remove from the silicone cups. Use a spoon to remove them easily.
