
Ingredients:
Bars:
- 115 g almond flour
- 120 g almond butter
- 60 g Butter or coconut oil, melted
- 4 Tbsp erythritol
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 80 g Dark Chocolate Chips
Topping
- 80 g Dark Chocolate Chips, melted
- 2-3 Tbsp almond chunks

Instructions:
- Line a brownie pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Transfer the mixture into the lined pan. Place in freezer for an hour or in the refrigerator for couple of hours, until set.
- Use a sharp knife to cut bars. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with almond chunks. Store in the fridge.
