No Bake Almond Bars with Chocolate Chips


No Bake Almond Bars



  • 115 g almond flour
  • 120 g almond butter
  • 60 g Butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 4 Tbsp erythritol
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 80 g Dark Chocolate Chips



No Bake Almond Bars


  1. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and mix again.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the lined pan. Place in freezer for an hour or in the  refrigerator for couple of hours, until set.
  5. Use a sharp knife to cut bars. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with almond chunks. Store in the fridge.
